Return & Refund Policy

Our products are fulfilled by Supliful, a private-label fulfillment partner. Because our products include consumable supplements, returns and refunds are handled under strict conditions to ensure safety and quality.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund.

  • Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

  • Please email endurix.supplements@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos of the issue

    • A brief description of the problem

If approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order does not arrive:

  • You must contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date

  • Once confirmed as lost in transit, we may issue a replacement or refund


Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, the following are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used supplements

  • Products returned due to change of mind

  • Orders refused or returned due to incorrect address provided by the customer


Refund Method

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider


Return Shipping

  • We do not accept returns of supplements unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • Return shipping is not required unless specifically requested and approved


Important Notes

  • Refunds or replacements are issued only for verified issues

  • Claims submitted after 30 days from delivery may not be eligible

  • We reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet the policy requirements
